The only fishing lodge on the banks of the Bitterroot River: A 440 acre wildlife refuge located five miles south of Hamilton.
The Bitterroot River Lodge is an intimate, family-owned property nestled on the banks of the river. Returning guests book desirable dates well in advance for good reason. Those who have stayed with us in the past will be delighted with the continued improvements. Whether you've been here before or not, we'll do all we can to accommodate your inquiry.
PLEASE NOTE: JUNE & JULY 2019 ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR OTHER AVAILABLE DATES.
Small groups with a minimum 3 night stay are what we prefer. Fly fishing buddies, family reunions, vacationing couples and corporate groups are typical guests. A favorite of many is the Honeymoon Cabin with it's own kitchen, fireplace and private deck on a well stocked trout pond.
Changes to the lodge include a new facia with a beautifully expanded view of the river, a huge rock fireplace and a fabulous new kitchen. And we've redone rooms 1, 2 & 3 adding wet bars and expanded views. Our manicured grounds enhance the mountain and river vistas, inspiring awe even in those of us who admire them daily.
The Bitterroot River Lodge is right on the river.
